Everything you need to know about the Ridexa taxi system before making a purchase.
Do I get the complete source code?
Yes, you receive 100% of the source code with zero encryption or obfuscation. This includes the unified mobile app (customer + driver) for Android and iOS, the admin dashboard with 500+ features, the web booking system for passengers, and the entire backend. You have full freedom to modify and customize everything.
How much does it cost and are there any recurring fees?
The complete system costs $15,000 as a one-time payment. There are no monthly subscriptions, no per-ride commissions, and no hidden fees whatsoever. The only ongoing costs are your own server hosting and third-party services (Google Maps API, payment gateway fees, Apple Developer account at $99/year, etc.).
What are the technical requirements to run the system?
You need a Linux server (Ubuntu 22+ recommended) with at least 4GB RAM, Node.js 18+, MySQL 8+, and Nginx. You will also need a Google Maps API key for maps and geocoding. For publishing mobile apps, you need an Apple Developer account ($99/year) and a Google Play Developer account ($25 one-time). We provide comprehensive documentation and hands-on help with initial setup.
Can I fully customize the system — UI, branding, features?
Absolutely. Since you own the complete source code, you can change everything: the user interface, color scheme, logos, business logic, pricing models, and more. You can add entirely new features or remove ones you don't need. The system is built with Next.js, React Native, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, making it straightforward for any modern developer to work with.
What support do I get after purchasing?
Your purchase includes 3 months of dedicated technical support covering installation help, configuration guidance, and bug fixes. You also receive 6 months of free updates that include performance improvements, security patches, and new features we release. After the support period, you can optionally extend support through a separate agreement.
Does the system support multiple languages?
Yes, the system has a built-in translation management panel in the admin dashboard. It ships with full Arabic and English support out of the box, and you can add any additional language directly from the admin panel without touching a single line of code. The UI fully supports both RTL and LTR layouts.
What is the licensing model?
The license grants you full commercial use rights for one project (one brand/company). You can modify the code, deploy it on your servers, and serve unlimited customers and drivers without restrictions. You may not resell or redistribute the source code itself as a product. If you need a multi-project license, contact us for a custom arrangement.
What payment gateways are supported?
The system integrates with 4 payment gateways out of the box: Stripe (global), Tap (Middle East & Gulf), Moyasar (Saudi Arabia), and PayPal (global). It also includes a built-in e-wallet system with card-based top-up, saved cards for quick payments, and split payment (wallet + fallback gateway).
Are the mobile apps native or hybrid?
The apps are built with React Native, delivering near-native performance with a single codebase for both iOS and Android. The unified app serves both customers and drivers in one download — users simply switch roles. It fully supports GPS, camera, push notifications, real-time tracking, and all native device capabilities.
Can I try the system before purchasing?
Yes! You can explore the full admin dashboard live at admin.ridexa.app with all features enabled. We also offer video walkthroughs of the unified mobile app (customer and driver experience) and the web booking system. We encourage you to test everything thoroughly before making a decision.
Can I use the system in any country?
Yes, the system is designed to work anywhere in the world. It supports multiple currencies, multiple languages, and both global and regional payment gateways. Whether you are launching in the Gulf, Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia, or Latin America — the system is ready to go.
How do I publish the mobile apps to the App Store and Google Play?
We provide the complete project files along with step-by-step documentation for building and submitting the apps to both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You can customize the app name, icon, splash screen, and colors before publishing. Our support team also assists with the initial build and submission process during your support period.
